Suggest Treatment For Severe Panic Attack While On Atenolol

Question: I just had a long and still have PANNIC attack. I am aware of this. My BP spike over 150/105. I took anxiety pill (helex 0,5) + atenolol 25mg. 25mg is my daily normal usage. This week i took 24 bp holter and it was relatively ok. Now this panic ans high bp last fir an hour. How to help myself? I have 31year male.
