Brief Answer:
Spine specialist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

This kind of pain and distribution is most likely caused by a pinched nerve in neck.

To confirm that it is necessary to get evaluated by a Neurologist or spine Specialist and to have done imaging studies such MRI of your cervical spine.

Treatment depends on the diagnosis, the degree of the condition and may require initially NSAID drugs, painkillers, warm procedures on neck, physical therapy ( cervical traction procedures ).

In some cases when these treatment modalities fail to improve symptoms, decompressesive spine surgery may be necessary.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
