Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Left Leg
Hello and thank you for asking HealthcareMagic.
I read your symptom and your medical history and i might say as follows:
-pain in both sides and pain in the left lower leg correlate with a bulging disc (in your lower back where the sciatic nerve is formed.
If I're your caring doctor, I would recommend to do an X-ray of your lower back (LS spine) to see if there is any problem or not with your vertebra. But the best examination to do is an MRI of your lumbo-sacral region to confirm the diagnose.
For the pain you can use Ibuprofen (Motrin) or acetaminophen (Tylenol)
- try having a walk and lie down as it relieves the pain.
- don't be sited for too long. it might worsen the pain
- apply heat at your back for 10 or 15 min. (eg hot shower/hot-pad)
Wishing you good health. If you have any other question, feel free to contact me.
