Question: hi there I've been having some extremely severe tailbone pain I've had it about 2 yes and never went to the Dr about it but the past week I can barely sit on it and when I walk it hurts really bad

I am so sorry to hear about this pains. For now, I will recommend a combination of tylenol and ibuprofen to address this pain. However, i will like to know whether you cycle or not. Also, ate there any positions that make this pain less? Also, what do you do as a profession?

I will suggest that you see the doctor eventually for an Xray to establish whether there is any bony lesion with this area that requires special attention and management plan.
