Brief Answer:
nerves cut

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
Whenever you have a surgery the surrounding tissues are pulled and stretched and some nerves and muscles are cut. The uterus lies in the pelvis close to the low back. It could be that some of the tissue was bruised or injured during the surgery. This is just part of the process and should heal up in time.
However, if you feel that the pain is severe you should see your surgeon as soon as possible so that they can make sure everything is okay.
Bleeding or other complications of surgery could also cause this sort of pain so if it is severe don't delay and call your doctor right away.

I expected my belly to be swollen but how can i tell when its something to worry about or will i "know" if it is something to worry about because it will be unbearable?

Brief Answer:
should expect moderate pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This soon after a surgery you can expect some moderate pain but it should be bearable for sure.
If it is getting worse or if it becomes unbearable yes then you need to be seen right away even if it means going to emergency.
If you have a fever you should also be seen right away.
You should be able to get up and move around without terrible pain at this point. You will be sore and have some pain but it should not be severe.
It is hard to make that call but if you feel that it is more than you expect it is better to be checked than to sit at home if something is wrong.
