Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Shoulder

Last few days my upper left shoulder and just below that in back having bit pain, at the same time near heart also feeling bit pain with more of acidity sign and gastric.
Lookslike bit swell on left side upper back.
Can you suggest what's it.
Do not have heridity heart related issues

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain at and the back of left shoulder, chest at heart level, a bit swelling left side upper back, with more of sign of acidity and back. Do not have heredity related heart issues. You are a male of 36.
The first thing to do is to get an EKG/ECG done and a cardiac check-up to rule out any heart problem as you have pain at the heart and the left shoulder.
If these are normal, please proceed for an opinion of an Orthopedic Surgeon to see if this is related to the muscles, joint and ribs as a part of some inflammation, overwork, sprain or so.
Start PPI like Omepraozole, antacid as you have acidity related problems.
Apply Rubrafacient liniment over the achy areas.
Painkillers to be started which are stomach friendly, please discuss this with your treating Doctor to avoid strong anti-inflammatory medicines that can cause increase in acidity.
If acidity problem is of long duration, please go for upper GI Endoscopy.
