Brief Answer:
Possible mouth ulcer due to viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are going through.

From what you are saying, it seems to be a mouth ulcer possibly due to virus as you got feverish.

Can you please send a photo of the mouth ulcer to me?

Oral gel containing lidocaine can help ease the pain. It will get well soon in a few days. Take acetaminophen or ibuprofen for the pain.

Wish fast recovery.

Viral/cold sore...

Hi back,

I have gone through the photo you sent in and noted the sore area.

From what I have noted, it is due to viral infection of upper respiratory tract (cold sore).

Continue with good oral hygiene, apply oral lidocaine gel and take ibuprofen for the pain.

Wish fast recovery.
