Brief Answer:
Possible plantar fasciitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
thank you for your question. There are a couple of possibilities here. Plantar fasciitis is fairly common. it's an inflammation of the plantar ligament in the heel. Another possible problem could be Achilles tendinitis depending on the location of the pain.

Treatment of these 2 can include a combination of the following ;
ice
rest
Ibuprofen
gentle stretching - mainly of the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles.
wearing a heel lift in both shoes
good stable footwear - a good stable running or tennis show.
don't walk barefoot or use 'flip flops'
sometimes seeing a physical therapist can help

In resistant cases I will prescribe a night splint. You can buy these online.

I hope this helps.

best wishes
