Brief Answer:
Most likely nerve compression syndrome (Carpal tunnel syndrome)

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely nerve compression syndrome (carpal tunnel syndrome).
But other conditions like cervical spondylosis also should be ruled out.
A consultation with orthopedician, X ray , nerve conduction studies etc will be helpful to rule out the condition.

Do you have neck pain or cervical spondylosis?
Which fingers you have more numbness and pain?
Is there any wasting of palm muscles?
Do you have any other problems like Rheumatoid arthritis or Hypothyroidism or Diabetes?

Putting hand brace or splint at night , Intermittent ice pack and heat application, NSAIDs like Ibuprofen will be helpful. But if not helping then local corticosteroid injections will be needed. Physiotherapy under the supervision of physiotherapist also helps. Ultrasound therapy , TENS , massage and physical exercises are advised for this.
In case there is no improvement then you can go for surgical decompression.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Systemic arthritis should be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

Rheumatologic screening should be done in your case. Systemic arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis can give such symptoms. In blood routine ESR (Erythrocyte sedimentation rate) will be raised in such case. In such case treatment and follow up by a Rheumatologist is well appreciated.
Left Hand pain and numbness and left sided neck pain can be most likely from cervical spondylosis. Orthopedic examination followed by X ray and MRI will be helpful to confirm this. Avoid using high pillows and use an orthopedic pillow while sleeping and sitting. Ice pack application and hot fomentations on neck is good. You can also apply Gels containing NSAIDs like diclofenac or ketoprofen , methylsalicylate and capsaicin for local application. Taking NSAIDs like Ibuprofen will be helpful for relieving pain.
You should also get a consultation with physiotherapist. Physiotherapy like TENS , ultrasound, massage, traction etc helps very much in relieving from this permanently.
