Brief Answer:
Try with exercises and use castor oil to massage your pelvis

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks your query.
I understand your health issue because you can't use NSAIDs drugs.

Tylenol use may have no more effectiveness. You could ask your doctor to give you a prescription for codeine, it is an opioid and should be more effective. It would have some negative side effects on your stomach though, like constipation.

Usage of codeine in these cases must be done under close supervision of your Primary doctor though, so call them up with the idea as soon as you can

For the moment you can try with exercises, swimming is known to help. Massaging your pelvis with castor oil is also helpful in my experience.

As the body absorbs the fluid from the cysts the pain will come down, it's painful at first, but the pain WILL come down in time. If it doesn't, then you will need to be seen by a doctor and a full exam of the abdomen and pelvis will be needed.

All the best to you for a fast recovery! Please let me know how I can help you more.
