Question: Hello Sir,
I am 25 years, single guy working in IT industry.
I was suffering from neck pain and right hand since last 4 months, I visited Orthopedic surgeon.
He advised me to do X-ray, in which found some minor problem with my spine. So he advised me to go through physiotherapy once and suggested some exercise for daily basis which I have followed. but then also I was suffering with neck pain. Then he suggested me to do MRI. Fortunately MRI report is ok. Then he suggested me to visit neurologist once. He did EMG/NCV test. whose report I am attaching here.
How should I recover it as I am worrying becoz my age is only 25.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

I have gone through all your reports. There is nothing significant in it. You should not worry and continue with medicines and neck extension exercises. It will improve your pain for sure.

Further,I suggest you to get a serum 25-OH-Vitamin D levels.Vitamin D deficiency can sometimes result in pain not responding to treatment.

Further, the following sample prescription may help-

Tab. Etoshine-MR(Etoricoxib) twice a day after meals for 4 days
Tab. Flupirtine 100 mg twice a day for 10 days
Tab. Maxmala forte once a day for 5 days, and twice a day thereafter
Tab.Pantocid 40 mg once a day, morning empty stomach for 5 days
Tab.Shalcal twice a day

ALL MEDICINES SHOULD BE TAKEN UNDER GUIDANCE OF A PHYSICIAN ONLY.

With above medicines, you should continue exercises.I hope to see you improving soon.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
