Question: I have been slightly nauseated for 3 days. I noticed my stool was blackish, my BP is slightly elevated (15-20 pts upper figure
what may this indicate?

I read your query and understood your query.

Your symptoms most likely are related to hypertension and hypertensive encephalopathy (neurological complication) which is manifested with nausea and dizziness.

You shouldn't worry about black stool because it's a common side effects of Pepto Bismol.

If you were my patients I would recommend to do as follows:
- Blood work
- ECG
- Start antihypertensive treatment with Captopril and Amlodipin to stabilize your BP.
