Suggest Treatment For Severe Muscle Pain And Fatigue
Question: Hello. I have Restless Leg Syndrome and have been taking REquip or Mirapex for close to 16 years. I have many of the side affects mentioned on this website -- falling to sleep during regular daily activities, extreme muscle pain and fatigue, etc.
I am wondering if there is any way I can get off thisstuff and maybe replace it with something less damaging. Oh yes, and my eye sight has suffered .

As such all of them can have potential side effects which are similar to the ones you mention with Requip and Mirapex, in particular the drowsiness is a common side effect. These other drugs include anticonvulsants such as Pregabalin and gabapentin, benzodiazepines such as Clonazepam, alfa-agonists such as clonidine.
You can try them, but in terms of efficacy Mirapex and Requip class of drugs are the most proven and side effects are similar.
