Suggest Treatment For Severe Muscle Cramps In The Leg

default
Posted on Thu, 23 Feb 2017
Question: I am constantly experiencing my left foot twisting inward. I have no control over the matter. My whole left leg then turns into one big charley horse! It hurts constantly. I have had chronic back pain, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome for over fifteen years, along with sciatic pain so painful that nothing has lessened my pain! The last time I saw an orthopedic surgeon, I was told that I should have had surgery ten-fifteen years ago! I also developed scoliosis due to my degenerative disc diesease. I have felt like my heart is beating in my leg when my foot twists on me. It's only my left foot that does it. I can be sitting, walking or lying down and out of the blue it's like someone has my foot in their hands and is twisting it with all their might! I literally have to push with my right foot along with my hands to try and bring it back to normal! What's going on with this? Blood clot? Muscle atrophy? What??? Thanks! XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
you are having muscles cramp due to salt deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you are having severe muscle cramps due to deficiency of salt and calcium in body. I would suggest you to drink a glass of warm water with one tea spoon full of common salt in to it whenever you have such twisting. And you will be relieved immediately.
For further prevention I would suggest you to take 1000 mg calcium daily along with 60000 unit vitamin D3 per week for six weeks. It will improve your muscle strength.
You are right that fibromyalgia is causing this. Muscle atrophy also causes muscles spasm. Treatment is always to maintain normal calcium and vitamin D level.
thanks
