Question: Just 3 months after hysterectomy and removal of one ovarian cyst pain has recurred on left side, hysterectomy performed for endeometreo, no cysts on second ovary shown prior, confused as to how this is so soon after surgery

A new cyst that has appeared in the other ovary can be a simple cyst or a physiological cyst. It is not necessary to be an endometriotic cyst. Such cysts can appear and disappear on their own with time. No need to worry and just monitor the progress of the cyst every 3 months.
