Brief Answer:
You are having block meniscus

Detailed Answer:
Hello madam,
I have read your question and most probably you are having block meniscus. In this condition torn part of the meniscus get entrapped in the knee joint and it causes severe pain and inability to straighten the knee joint.
I would suggest you to get MRI to confirm the diagnosis.( if you have not done it already)
I have following suggestions.
1. Ice application and pain killer like Brufen.
2. Visit a arthroscopic surgeon. By his manipulation it may be possible to unlock your knee but for definitive cure you will need Arthroscopy menisectomy. (key hole surgery) It is small surgery and will give you immediate pain relief.
I hope this answers your query. Feel free to ask any followup questions.
Thanks.
