Suggest Treatment For Severe Joint Pain

Question: I think I may have either RA or Lupus. All of my joints hurt (#9on pain scale), some, mainly my hands, neck, and feet get "stuck" that my husband has to help rub them them to get them them "unstuck" and moving. Things have progressed now that when I get a flare up I feel feverish with getting hot and cold, my feet are constantly cold and hurt like they have frostbite (no circulation), I'm tired, headaches, blurry vision, and horrible, horrible swelling in my hands, feet, ankles, wrists, and an aweful problem with weight gain. I do have hypothyroidism. i do exercise, drink only water, eat as healthy as possible, I do have off days. I've had 8 back surgeries. Please, what could be wrong? I need answers, guidance. Tonite my pain level is 9.5. I feel I could go to ER but I'm home alone.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that all these can be symptoms of underlying CTD . I would like to see your blood reports like RF , ANA , ENA profile , Anti CCP antibody , Anti TPO antibody . Also why so many back surgeries were done . What was the diagnosis . Please send me all this then I will be able to help you better . Also please let me know if there is any family history for such diseases .
