I need more details..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query..

As per the symptoms there is a possibility that your mother is having some form of Infection but first of all I would like a few more details..

As you said that there is pain and swelling over the jaw and water is coming out of jaw, so first of all please tell that water is coming from outside the jaw or inside the mouth?

For how many days is the swelling and pain present?

Does she has any decayed tooth?

Any jaw injury after which symptoms appeared?

Please upload an image of the swollen area for better understanding of the condition..

Please revert back with answers..

Regards..

Thanks Doctor for your Reply .

For how many days is the swelling and pain present?
Last 3 days .

For other questions i have uploaded the X ray report .

Actually i went to dentist, She told this is due to some bone loss .
She has recommended that get removal of left Jaw of three teeth which are not aligned,
I want some suggestion on this recommendation
whether my mother should go for this removal of teeth ? or is there any other alternative .
Why my mother is worried, if these teeth get removed how she will eat as she has to travel to other city and continuity of treatment can not be remain .

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Extraction is the best option..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the answers as well as x ray..

Well, the condition of her teeth is very poor and almost all of her teeth are having bone loss which more or less in near future will become loose and fall..

So the idea of extraction or removal of teeth is appropriate and after removal of teeth removal partial denture can be placed for easing in chewing..

So you should proceed for the extraction..

Please write back for more queries..
