Question: I am having severe itching & Pain around my anus & vagina. Have cloudy urine, smells fruity swollen hemirrhoids & feet . Been to Slovakia , drank tap water last.Last week in Slovakia & drank tap water, ate fresh slaughtered pig. Traveled back Wednesday . Irritation getting worse

There are two possible diagnosis. The smelly and frothy urine indicates urinary tract infection and it will require treatment with antibiotics. Please approach your GP and get urine analysis done for confirmation. Swelling of the feet is a red flag and indicates reduced functioning of the kindey please get a renal function test as well

Itchy anus could be because of hemorrhoids, i suggest syp Lactulose 10 ml at night and application of lignocaine jelly over the anus. This will improve the symptoms. If the problem persists then I suggest you to approach a surgeon for hemorrhoidectomy ( removal of the hemorrhoid).

I do not think the present symptoms are either due to drinking of tap water or eating pork. It is a separate issue all by itself .
