head pain with skin rash

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query on HealthcareMagic.

I do understand your solicitousness

As per your clinical history is concerned if both problems transpired at a time then in my own opinion it is viral[IM] infection can not be ruled out and it is the first possibilities.visit your doctor now to make a detailed clinical examination and do full blood count with differential.if secondary bacterial infection suspected your doctor will prescribe you an [antibiotic and paracetamol] and you may need [prednisone] for severe pain.Do not apportion your personal items like victuals, dishes, glasses, and utensils until several days with others and do not kiss anybody.

So nothing to be apprehensive at all.

Hope that helps
