Brief Answer:
migraine vs neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

The headache that you mentioned seems to be due to migraine attacks. Such attacks are usually one sided, severe enough and throbbing.

A pinched nerve in C4-5 on right side also can cause such severe headache.
Whenever a spinal nerve is compressed, it causes stoppage of electric nerve impulses to flow through causing needle like electric shock like sensations.

If the symptoms are persistent and exhausting, then instead of taking just medicines, i suggest you to consult a physician and get a MRI of brain and cervical spine done to find out the exact cause.

Recurrent sinusitis and eye-related problems also can cause similar headaches and should be ruled out by respective specialist consultations.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.
Kind regards.
