Brief Answer:
i will need more details

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query.
I have a considerable experience in neurology.
I therefore think I may be able to help you.
However, I need to know more details.

First, I need to know more about your headache-
Is it one sided?
Is it on both sides?
When was the first headacke?
Any nausea/vomitting?
Any photophobia/phonophobia?
How long does the headache last?
Is it increased with sunlight?
Is it better after sleep?

As for the pain in the back, I need to know have you had any fever?
The reason I ask this is because the triad of symptoms- headache, vomitting and new onset backache with pain in leg and possibly stiffness could mean a possible meningitis if there has been a history of fever recently.

I would also like to know if the doctor has done any imaging for you, or any tests? And if yes, what were the results? You can upload them on the site-
you can upload them with the query, or if you have a problem, send them to YYYY@YYYY with Sub: ATTN 'Your Name'. Once we receive the photos or diagnostic reports, my team will send reports / pictures to me.

Looking forward for your response.
Best of luck

Brief Answer:
Get an MRI

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have read your query.

I think the possibility of this being a migraine is definitely strong. But it sure doesn't explain the situation with your backache. That should not be there with a simple migraine.

I feel that the problem may be more severe and is going undiagnosed. Ideally, I think I would suggest that you have a test - Mri of the spine and brain. This will make sure that your diagnosis is not being missed.

Specially since you never had a headache before and this is a new onset headache, I think it would be good to see the MRI.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
I hope that the information helps you.
Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.
