Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Memory Loss In A Teenager While On Nexito

Question: Hi, My daugther 14 is old and started using Nexito 10 for mild depression. she is complaining about memory loss. Is this normal? Can this memory loss will be reversed after stopping the medication? Doc prescribed Fuldac first, but it caused severe headache to her, hence doctor changed to Nexito 10. Please comment on memory loss, is this permanent or temporary phase?

Memory loss is known but not common side effect of Nexito and considering her age,it would be better to switch to another antidepressant with less serious side effects. Her memory should be back once medication is discontinued,but after long term use this may be irreversible. Wish you good health. Regards.

Thank you very much Dr XXXXXXX as I mentioned before Fludac was the first prescribed medicine but my daughter reported severe headache with the same. Any alternative suggestions for me to ask my personal doctor?
