Brief Answer:
I would recommend doctors visit, but here are a few meds for you sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Well being a doctor I would of course prefer it if you could visit a doctor for a physical examination and get diagnosed, as a diagnosis allows us to treat you more precisely and provide you complete and permanent relief. Investigations like :

+Complete blood profile
+MRI spine
+Renal profile
+Hydration level
+Vision check
and a few others.

But as you have requested for medications that may help provide you with (temporary) relief, you can try:

+Ibuprofen (e.g. ADVIL)
+Nimesulide (e.g. NICE)
+Diclofenac (e.g. voveran, voltaran, cataflam, etc.)
+Combination drugs like paracetamol + ibuprofen (e.g. combiflam)

I hope you find my response helpful sir. Please do not hesitate to write back to me if at all I have left any queries unanswered or if you have any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Would like more information on what the doctor did or said pls

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

How can this doctor not provide you with any answers? Did he at least perform an examination, any of the investigations that I have listed above, etc.? This would be gross negligence and I would request you to visit another doctor and demand the investigations I have listed above.

I shall guide you through this sir, if only you can have access to either a doctor who understands or a diagnostic centre, I shall advise the investigations to help form a diagnosis and treat you within my best capabilities if you do not find a doctor who is willing to do so or who is capable enough to do so.

Please do write back to me, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
