Brief Answer:
PRP therapy with or without microneedling or hair transplant

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and your friend is having male pattern baldness.
It is a hormone dependant hair loss occuring in genetically predisposed individuals.
He is showing severe form of hair loss which cannot be completely corrected with medicines.
Either he can go for platelet rich plasma therapy ( PRP ) with or without microneedling sessions or better would be to go for hair transplantation.
Along with these he need to use minoxidil 10 percent lotion on the bald areas of the scalp.
The dose is 1 ml twice daily.
The effects will be better if he takes anti androgen tablet like tablet finasteride 1 mg once daily.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
