Question: I have severe gastroparesis...was on a j tube for tow years. The tubes have been removed and I just started domperidone. Will it help with my very bloated stomach and intestinal tract?.

Alongwith that fibre containing diets and good hydration will also help. Avoiding processed foods as much as you can specially those from which fibre content is removed or too much grinder contents may be avoided.

If domperidone doesn't give much benefits, other drugs like itopride etc may also be helpful. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
