Brief Answer:
Functional GI problems noted as following...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

I have gone through the reports you provided, and found nothing wrong is going on with your GI tract; I mean, organic problems. Only gastritis or duodenitis were noted, however, they are not problematic.

From the symptoms you are prescribing, I can only think over:
- IBS
- and somatized stress : you do not have any real problem with GI tract; but, each time you are experiencing a stressful or psychologically overload; you think to have/experience with GI concerns.

In other words, your problem is not somatic itself (organic) as long as no lesion has been noted so far, but a functional problem.

I advise to discuss with your doctor to :
- run manometry testing of GI tract to evaluate the motility
- decide to start a treatment for IBS

Try to control stress/anxiety and to consume those foods that won't trigger or aggravate your GI symptoms.

Hope it was of help!
