Brief Answer:
Should check your ear as soon as possible as following...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the current health problems you are facing.

It is common for flu to get complicated with ear infection. As you've been on flight, the difference in the pressure could have caused blocked Eustachian tube.

However, as you having pain, I'd recommend to see a doctor or go to ER to rule out ear infection as you might need prescription ear drops.

For the moment, I can only advise to:
- continue blowing your nose
- continue taking tylenol for the pain
- use neti pot
- take anti-histamine med orally (e.g. benadryl)

Wish fast recovery.
