Regarding your concern on lip

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern. I have viewed the attached images
Although there is nothing much abnormal that is clinically visible in these images but still I feel that a trial of a slightly stronger topical steroid cream than hydrocortisone cream e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream Or else using topical tacrolimus ointment 0.1% for a few days may serve you much better. Both of these are prescription medications. You certainly dont have herpes. It has been ruled out beyond doubt.

Remedy for dryness and cracking of lips

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I have viewed the Images.

I wont say that there is anything significantly abnormal with the lips. Yes, there is a little bit of dryness and cracking on lower lip.
I understand that these medicines would not be easy to procure in UK therefore you may use vaseline lip balm or Sebamed lip balm (use either of these) as an alternative, as often as you want. Moisturizing your lips will certainly help. Use the balm only on the lips and avoid it on skin as lip balms are usually greasy and may cause acne eruptions on oily skin type.
I suggest you to use hydrocortisone cream, off and on, once or twice daily, for sometime. It is a very mild steroid and can be safely used on face.
Avoid licking your lips often, as it can also lead to further dryness. Also avoid forceful peeling of dry skin on lip. These general measures should be enough.

Brief Answer:
Continue with hydrocortisone cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

The slightly red spot is probably because you peeled away the overlying skin. I suggest you to continue with hydrocortisone 1% cream, twice daily for 5 days. It should be fine. It would be a good idea to not wipe or peel dead skin. Use a balm whenever you feel itch. Also avoid frequent lip licking, if that is what you might be doing.

Brief Answer:
Regarding your complaints related to lower lip

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I did not receive any recent Images.
There can be slightly asymmetry of lips which is natural. I don't see any gross asymmetry of lips.
You can use coconut oil on lips but not on face. If used on face coconut oil can cause acneform eruptions in those who have an oily skin.
You have a combination skin i.e central T Zone is oily and rest of the face is normal to dry. You may use a toner for the central oily skin T Zone and cetaphil over it. On the rest of the face you may just use cetaphil moisturizing cream.
