Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea And Itchy Rashes On The Back And Abdomen

Question: I have had diarrhea several times a day for about 2 months. There is no cramping or pain. A few days ago my lower back developed a very itchy rash which has now spread to cover my entire stomach area. The back of my head is also itchy. What might this be?
