Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Sorry for the delay in answering.
Regular use of flunarizine will decrease the frequency of migraine attacks.
Lifestyle modifications should be followed as advised earlier.
Mood swings are more common due to menstruation as compared to migraine.
Migraine is associated with varied symptoms like fatigue, uneasiness, depression, sleeplessness, yawning, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound.
You can start pain killers 2-3 days prior to your expected periods, for avoiding pain.
Flunarizine is relatively safe with mild sedation effects.
Hopefully with all these steps, your migraine may go into remission.
Wishing you good health and early recovery.
