Question: hello,this is regarding my friends daughter who is 20 yrs old my friends has passed away only mother and brother is there . brother is out of line so he is not in home .but this girl is suffering from some mental problem she says she would run away.some times threatens to kill mother , talks with her self sees images .refuse to see a doc and says I m alright u all r insane pl guide us what to do. XXXXXXX

From the available description there is clear evidence of psychosis where the patient remains unaware of their mental state.

If some elder is there to put some force take the girl and get her admitted to nearby psychiatric hospital.

In case this is not possible there are legal provisions as per Mental health act 1987. For this approach a magistrate to get her admitted in psychiatrichospital with help of police.
