Suggest Treatment For Severe Dehydration, Pain In Neck And Tingling On Skin

Question: I have been severely dehydrated for days now my back n neck is extremely sore! Tired, not hungry my skin is dry and rinkled n cracking I drink tons pee tons I am now seeing a dark brown blood spotting like a period but isn't! My eyes are sunken I did that pinch the skin test and it snaps back to place instantly!! The odd time I see sparkle like floating lights. I have also been feeling pin like tingling of my skin cold hands n feet also. What do I do to make this stop at home if at all possible

Next I order the following blood tests :

CBC
Glucose
Electrolytes
Liver and kidney function tests
Calcium
TSH
Free T4
25 hydroxy Vitamin D
Early morning serum cortisol at 8 am

None of these tests require fasting.

These give more detailed information about other potential causes of your symptoms.
