Suggest Treatment For Severe Cramps In The Torso Region

Question: I am 61 female, diabetic, obese. I am experiencing both side, right and left, in torso, cramps. severe. I can breathe, with pain from bra line to hips. oh.cramps at kidney, and down center of back of legs from hip to knees.

As per your description, you need a muscle relaxant tablet.
I prescribe Tablet containing Thiocolchicoside 4mg twice daily after food to my patients with similar complaints.If it is not available, routine pain killer tablet can be tried.
Keep Diabetes under control.

Would too little insulin cause the muscle spasms, too little exercise?

Uncontrolled diabetes can.cause muscle spasms.

Insulin dose should be adjusted as per Blood sugar levels..If low dose of Insulin is not controlling Blood sugar,it may cause muscle spams.
You should do at least stretch exercises.
