Brief Answer:
some investigations are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having an Upper Respiratory Tract Infection ( URTI ). I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined by an ENT specialist. Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Throat swab culture.
I would advise that you should take an antihistamine like Fexofenadine 120 mg once a day for relief from your symptoms. If the reports suggest infection, an antibiotic can be added accordingly. This is a prescription medicine and you can consult your doctor for the same.
Warm saline gargles will have added benefits.
Avoid cold and spicy foods/drinks.
A clinical evaluation by your doctor and reports of the above mentioned investigations will help in planning further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
