Brief Answer:
Suggestive of upper respiratory tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi

I can understand your problem.
After having gone through your symptoms I am of the opinion that you have some sort of upper respiratory tract infection.

You may need a course of oral antibiotic (since you have a yellowish sputum) like Amoxicillin alone or with Clavulonic acid ( IF YOU ARE NOT ALLERGIC TO PENICILLINS) to be taken for at least 5-7 days.
Levocetrizine tablet for the symptomatic relief of dry and blocked nose, a steam inhalation can also be effective.
Frequently done lukewarm saline water gargle will give you relief from the throat ache.

Hope to have answered your query.

Should you need more clarification, please do not hesitate to ask.

Wishing you a very good health.
