Brief Answer:
Hi needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM
Thank you for your query
I understand your concern
Possibly she has gastritis and reflux disease with now onset stomach infection
Can continue with rifaxamin and cremelax and neopride.

In addition it is important to get some basic tests like cbc crp sonography of abdomen and stool examination to ascertain the cause.
If symptoms persist then an endoscopy may also be required especially when she is already taking antacid for last one year.
Ensure she takes small frequent meals avoid high fiber diet and avoids sleeping two hours after meals.
All this will help her in long run
Wish her a speedy recovery

Hi

Detailed Answer:
Sorry for the delay in answering
Well laxative take some time to act so if there is no pain or vomiting then wait for medication to act
In addition can try giving an dulcolax suppository or proctoclysis enema after consulting your local doctor.
Keep her well hydrated also
Hope this answers your questions
