    Suggest treatment for severe constipation

Question: hi my son has been in and out of hospital for about 5 weeks doctors say nothing wrong he has pain in right side seveer he has been cleared out through use of laxatives no stool cleaned out for 24 hr via tube into gut x-ray showed still stool present then they said Mylanta 4 reflux .no XXXXXXX we are booked in 4 camera down throat in 1 week we are thinking a twisted bowel due 2 a push bike accident before complaint would this cause this

1.can't remember2.5 weeks 3.realy toilet maybe a pebble like kangaroo 4 won't drink milk just water & doesn't urinate just throwing everything up. 5 some fruits

Suggestions:
1. Natural methods are the best to relieve constipation.
2. Constipation is a risk factor for UTI
3. Maximum milk consumption per day should not exceed 300-400ml
4. Minimum 3-4 cups of fruits and vegetables to be consumed per day
5. Toilet training - that is - sitting in XXXXXXX type of lavatory daily at the same time will help a lot.
