Brief Answer:
Stop Mucomyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Amongst the three medications, bronchospasm as a side effect can be caused by Mucomyst. In case of bronchospasm after mucomyst, the inhalation must be stopped immediately and a dose of anihistaminic like Benadryl must be taken as soon as possible. If benadryl does not being down the allergic reaction, you may have to get to the ER where they may administer Hydrocortisone. Albuterol and Atrovent must be continued which can relieve the bronchospasm to an extent.

Hope, I answered your query.

Please do ask if any doubts.
