Suggest Treatment For Severe Belching Along With Stomach Pain

Question: Hi Doctor

I am suffering from stomatch gas problem for long time especially in morning hours after getting up from bed. But these days i am also having stomach ache along with gas and there is no pain or major gas problem for rest of day. I am vegetarian by diet and avoid oily spicy food but have good amount of dairy products especially glass of milk before sleeping. My work does not involve any physical activity and i spend long hours in office chair.
please suggest me remedy for it or possible steps to reduce this issue.

its belching and haven't gone thru any tests yet. I am taking home remadies like Hing and Anardana etc.

You have gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Take the following for relief.

C.Ganaton Total 1-0-0 (Before breakfast) for 4 weeks.

Avoid coffee, citrus, tomatoes, spicy food.
Eat multiple smaller meals and go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food.
