Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain

Question: I have been awful back ache which I can't ease not matter which way I turn,lasts about 20 seconds and at the same time ache in my gums and throat then travels up to both sides of my head all in all lasts about 20 seconds please help I am so scared,I'm a female aged 62 thankyou

You are having back muscle cramps. Take tablet calcium once daily for at least 2 weeks
Take a combination of diclofenac plus chlorzoxazone twice daily for a week.
Avoid any back exercises and lifting any heavy objects.
Please tell me is there any history of high blood pressure or heart disease?
Any history of trauma or injury?
Follow up with the required information.
