Brief Answer:
Get evaluated further about the cause of your back pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Low back pain causes include muscles strain, degerative lumbar spine disease, herniated disc disease, spondylolysthesis, arthritis of the spine, etc.

To confirm the diagnosis imaging studies such c-rays and MRI of the lumbar spine are necessary.

In mean time, rest, warm procedures on low back region and ibuprofen for example may improve your symptoms.

Discuss with your Doctor about getting evaluated further.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
