Question: I have been having some light twitches on my inner left thigh. Started 3 or 4 days ago. Only really noticeable when resting. Some slight back pain on lower left side. Have been fairly active working camps and played golf last week. Any idea what may be going on. Thanks

As per your description, it looks like that of Musculoskeletal origin.
Because of your recent activities,it might have developed.
I prescribe skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
If there is no response, I will ask for Ultrasound of the lower limb .
