Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain And Arthritis

Question: Hello Sir.
I had a severe backpain one and half months ago..I thought it was a backpain that some people usually have.But it increased so much the very next day that I was unable to move even my legs.I got an xray which shows swelling and a few days treatment got me some relief.i have felt the pain in my right buttock . And later the pain increased,and my doctor suggested an mri.It showed swelling and the doctor believed it was beacuse of arthritis.Now the treatment that is going on is Saaz500mg tablet twice a day and a Naprosyn one tablet daily.Right now I am 50percent fine.but i cant walk properly and cannot put on my body's weight on right leg. I dont knw whether this disease takes dis much time to recover...plz suggest..

By your history I think you are having some chronic spine disease which needs specialist consultation . The drug Saaz50 is sulfasalazine and it is not used in spinal conditions. Other two drugs are painkillers. I also need your detailed MRI report for suggestions. I think you may have degenerative spine disease like spondylitis, osteoarthritis, disc prolapse etc or any infective etiology like TB, psoas abscess etc. So better to consult spine specialist with your MRI report.
