Brief Answer:
Medicines are proper. Be patient.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the details carefully and also through the attached prescriptions, reports as well as images. Incidentally the medicines seem to be proper. Please take the medicines as directed. I think that in a month or so, you should get relief.

Other than the mentioned medicines, I would insist you to follow three more steps.
* Take Sitz bath. Take water as hot as your skin can take. Sit on it with your anal opening dipped. Do such a thing twice a day for 20 mins or so.
* Keep constipation at bay. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables. Take stool softeners like Lactulose syrup.
* Take Montair LC tablet once a day for next 15 days or so. You may get it prescribed by your doctor.

Be patient for a month or so and review after that.

Hope that helps.

Regards
Dr. Kunal Saha
