Brief Answer:
Acne vulgaris, salicylic acid facewash and adapelene gel
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic,
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it looks like acne vulgaris.
If I're her treating doctor I would recommend her to use a salicylic acid facewash twice daily and apply adapalene 0.1 percent gel on the pimples at night in very minute amounts.
Besides this ask her to avoid cosmetics, avoid oiling of scalp, reduce the intake of sugary foods and keep her face dry.

Which of these two facewash would you prescribed for her to use. And is adapelene gel is over the counter gel or it is prescription one
Brief Answer:
Go for salicylic acid 1 percent
Detailed Answer:
As far as facewash is concerned salica contains salicylic acid 2 percent and I don't know the percentage of salicylic acid in facetherapy.
Go for facewash with salicylic acid 1 percent.
I think adapelene is a prescription drug.
If you want to try something over the counter I think benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel is available as OTC .
She can use benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel on the pimples once daily at night.
Go for salicylic acid 1 percent
