Brief Answer:
The best thing would be to meet a gastroentrologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello

It is very clear that the source of your problem is the acid reflux from the stomach and till the time we treat that, your symptoms will persist.

You have a barrets esophagus, which occurs due to acid reflux, but the question we need to find out is why are you having the acid reflux in the first place?

There are many reasons for acid reflux like diaphragmatic hernia, lax lower esophageal sphincter, etc. To find out the exact reason , you will need to meet a gastroentrologist.

Once the cause for the acid reflux is known, it can be treated and your voice will gradually improve.

In my patients i would also order tests to look for diabetes and thyroid function as both of these conditions can affect the voice.

Please continue the diet as adviced by your doctor

Hope you find my advice useful!

Take care
