Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Abdominal / epigastric pain for 24 hours not associated with bowel movements and no prior history of heart illness needs a little work up to rule out worrisome issues like inferior walls heeart problems which is less likely though but still worth evaluation.

Once ruled out, other commonest possibilities are of gastric discomfort like gastritis and with medications like crestor in list which are notorious for abdominal discomfort, this pain is explainable and needs just supportive care and rest. Modifying diet and lifestyle, taking small frequent meals and drinking plenty of fluids is wise. Take some pepto or nexium for the pain relief.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
