Brief Answer:
Need Upper GI Endoscopy and further investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

To recapitulate: Female/43 - not obese - gets sick within 15 minutes of eating a small meal - usually in the evening - for about a month - now nearly every day - l cramps sometimes - no other symptoms - not visited any Doctor - eating smaller meals ....

Your short history indicates that there may be some problem like gastritis, duodenitis or ulcer and post ulcer healing problem at the pylorus.

I would advise you the following:
To start taking PPI like Omeprazole.
Antacid gel 3 tsf every three hours preferably when you are on empty stomach.
Upper GI Endoscopy and further procedures as may be indicated by the reports.
Take small frequent meals.
Avoid all the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problems.

I hope this answer helps you with management of such a problem and get an early diagnosis.
