Brief Answer:
You should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Liver, Gall bladder, Spleen, Stomach , Pancreas are the important organs present in the upper abdomen.

Chronic pancreatitis will also cause upper abdominal pain.

Contrast Enhanced CT Scan of the abdomen has to be taken and it will give a clue about the status of the pancreas. Size of the pancreatic duct will be known. If it is confirmed, then Pancreas will be connected to Jejunum (Pancreatico-jejunostomy) by Surgery.

CT scan will give a clue about other organs too.
Please consult your doctor and get investigated.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
